    I just switched hosts for my domain tonskaldafelag.is, which I own and is registered and I want to connect my wordpress site to it. When I try to connect the wordpress site to my domain under Map a domain I get the error message: Sorry but xxxxx.is has not been registered yet therefore cannot be mapped. This wordpress site was linked to the domain while the domain was hosted by another host service. How can I fix this?

    Hi there,

    I’ve mapped tonskaldafelag.is for you. You’ll still need to do a few things:

    1) Purchase the subscription here by renewing:
    https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades

    2) Point the domain to our name servers:

    ns1.wordpress.com
    ns2.wordpress.com
    ns3.wordpress.com

    3) After giving that a few hours to take effect, set the domain as primary under https://wordpress.com/my-domains
