I purchased hrssn.net through WordPress and also purchased the subscription to allow me to have a custom domain. However, gather I did something wrong in the setup, it is showing as hrssnnet.wordpress.com. Also, my purchase added this to pre-existing WordPress account (decaturlaxdad). I’m sorry that I am not a developer and am doing things incorrectly, but can you help me? I just want what I purchased, which is a WordPress site with the custom URL hrssn.net. If you look in my purchase history you will see this payment made last week.

No, I don’t believe it’s resolved. I need real help from someone at WordPress. I signed up for (and paid for) a business plan and wanted to get the custom domain hrssn.net. Instead I got hrssnnet.wordpress.com and also hrssn.wordpress.com (why both, I don’t know). Is there nobody I can call?

To your question, when I go to hrssn.net.wordpress.com I do get to the blog. The issue is that I don't want hrssnnet.wordpress.com, rather hrssn.net.
