3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the domain upgrade for it?

Are you referring to it?
You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the site to be able to access the site. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog.
If you are not logged in under that account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.
If the login information has been lost go to
https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/

There is no domain mapping upgrade for TeresasanchezOfficial.com. If you would like to use this domain you will first need to set up domain mapping.

teresadsanchez24 is my username, I deleted my domain by accident TeresasanchezOfficial.com. Now, it’s TeresasnchezOfficial.wordpress.com..
If you look at my billing history it will say I paid $27 for the domain name. -

If it helps, I changed the email on the account to (email visible only to moderators and staff) for the Domain TeresasanchezOfficial.com
