  Help! I purchased a domain for a client and need my server IP address to update the DNS record.

  Is this for the domain, beckykain.com?

  That domain’s name servers are already pointed to WordPress.com. If you’ve changed the name servers there is no reason to also change the IP address – in fact, changing the IP address with the domain provider won’t do anything at all as they no longer control the domain’s DNS. We gained control of the DNS the moment you changed the name servers, and our IPs are already set on the domain.
