Hi. I am trying to renew my domain everydayanna.com. It is through Wild West Domains. I have talked to Bluehost who said I should contact Wild West, and they suggested I talk to you. Can you help??

Aloha lime79, It looks like your domain may be in its redemption period:
After the grace period ends, your domain enters the redemption period, the length of which can vary. This means the domain name can still be renewed, but there is an $80.00 redemption fee required in addition to the normal renewal cost. (This is standard practice for domain registrars.)
It’s important to note that during the redemption phase, domains can be included in expired-domain auctions, where another party can bid on your domain name. If the domain is claimed by someone else in an auction, you will not be able to renew. If you made a payment in attempt to reclaim the domain out of redemption and were unsuccessful, you will get a refund.

Hi there,
That domain has already been removed from our system and is indeed currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. I’ll need you to agree to that fee before I can get the recovery process started.

I’ve sent you a payment link via email. Once we receive payment I can email our registrar to ask them to restore the domain. Should the recovery fail, your payment will be refunded in full.
