Domain help

  Hello. I need help reclaiming my domain. I have tried contacting support@wordpress.com three times and they have not messaged me back. I go to my wordpress site and there are no directions on how to renew my domain. I even called the domain folks and they told me to email support at WordPress. Any ideas?

  I am sorry about the issue that you are having regarding reclaiming your domain.

  Can you please provide the domain name that you are trying to reclaim?

  I have also tagged this post with modlook so that one of the WordPress.com staff members can look into the status of your domain.

  Once you have provided the domain they will be able to provide you with what will need to be done to obtain it.
