Domain Help

    So this is completely confusing for me but i’ll try and explain. I originally had a wordpress blog, i then added a theme with PipDig and added a .org domain with siteground. They are asking a lot of money to refresh it and before i do that i am no longer able to access any of my blog posts or work i have done on here. I purchased a new domain with 1and1 but when i try to link the new domain it won’t let me, i have tried upgrading my wordpress plan but still no luck…. does this make any sense and can anyone help me.

    Hi @thebikinidiariesblog, it sounds like you’ve got a bit of a mixup between the free software (which you have at Siteground – I recommend resolving any billing issues through them) and our service, which hosts https://thebikinidiariesblog.wordpress.com/ … are you having any trouble accessing that?

    Let me know what your goal is and I’ll try to point you in the right direction.
