  Hi there. I just cancelled my WordPress Premium membership in order to switch to WordPress.org through Bluehost. By cancelling my membership, I have lost my chanceanalytics.com domain, which I’d like to transfer to my new site. Could you help me transfer this domain over to my bluehost account? Thank you.

  chanceanalytics.com expired back on October 6th. This is why you no longer find it connected to your account.

  In order to proceed with the transfer we need to get the domain restored to your account first. To do that, I’ve reached out to our domain partner. Typically we hear back from them in a day or two and I’ll report back here as soon as I have news.
