domain help

I’ve transferred my domain, but the URLs for my website pages are still read ‘tempdomain’. Why?
-
Hi,
What’s the url of your site? And were you transferring from another host to WordPress or the other way around?
Thanks
-
Hi there,
The box5311.temp.domains site in your account is a site using the open source WordPress software and hosted with Bluehost, not us. It’s showing in your WordPress.com account because you have it connected here via the Jetpack plugin, but we have no control over the site itself.
If you’ve since changed the domain at Bluehost to add your actual domain, you’ll need to disconnect and reconnect Jetpack to have the site listed under the new domain in your WordPress.com account. You can do this from the Jetpack tab in your site’s WP-Admin interface.

Thanks for your help, but it’s not working. Obviously I’m doing something wrong. When I disconnect Jetpack and then go back to set it up again, I get a box that asks me if I want to reconnect as Zen Teacher Life, and then a green box that says Approve. Then it presents me with the plan options, and I go with the free one. It’s still a temp domain.
I can type in my url to get to my site (www.zenteacherlife.com), however when I go to one of the other pages (posts, about me, etc) it’s still a temp domain in the browser.

Hi @ zenteacherlife, can you check wp-admin / site settings and ensure you’ve got the correct domain listed there?
This article may help as well:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URLI can type in my url to get to my site (www.zenteacherlife.com), however when I go to one of the other pages (posts, about me, etc) it’s still a temp domain in the browser.
Correcting those settings should fix the problem, and once it does, you can disconnect and reconnect Jetpack to show the correct domain there as well.
