I have added the “modlook” tag to get the staff’s assistance. Please wait for a staff member to check your account and reply here.

Hi there,
That domain expired on 16 August, and has already been removed from our system. It is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

I’ve sent you a link via email to pay the redemption and renewal fees for the domain. Once we receive your payment I can email our domain provider to ask that they restore the domain. They usually reply to us within 24 hours, though it might take longer over the weekend.

Thank you. I’ve emailed our domain provider. We’ll let you know as soon as they restore your domain.

Thanks!

Hey Kokkieh, it is super urgent that I get this domain back up, is there any way we can expedite this please? My entire company is not receiving emails right now, and which is a big part of business.

Hi,
I am ready for my blog to go live but am unsure how to do that.
I have the free plan so I’m fine with using the free domain that WordPress gave me, but on my checklist it keeps giving me options to pay for a custom domain.
So my question is, how do I move forward with the free domain so I can start blogging and have people access my site?
Thanks!

@lukeslivingroom, in future please don’t post into unrelated threads created by other users.
Your site at https://lukeslivingroom.home.blog/ is set to public, so it’s been live and accessible by anyone who has the link since the moment you created it, and started getting indexed by search engines since the moment you published your first post. There’s nothing you need to do to “launch” your site, and you don’t need a custom domain for this.
