Domain help

I need some major help! I’m so frustrated and losing my mind. I bought sarahgiesstudio.com from your site. I now would like to transfer that domain to Squarespace, but I no longer even have an account through WordPress. I closed it recently and the only way to contact you was to open a whole new account with a different email and name. I’m getting deeper and deeper into a rabbit hole when all I want is my sarahgiesstudio.com domain to be transferred to Squarespace. Please help me!!

Hi @sarahfgies, it looks like you actually cancelled the domain as well. I can see you’ve been put in touch with staff via email, so we’ll work with you there to sort this out.

Ok, that is totally fine. How long will it be until I can access that domain through Squarespace?

@sarahfgies, given the age of your domain, it would not be released anytime soon.
You will want to work with us to regain access to the account and get the domain restored and transferred. We’ve emailed, so please respond to that with the requested information and we’ll go from there. Cheers :)
