Domain help?

    I had a domain with another host “Weebly”. This expired last week and I though that it would mean that the domain would free up to allow me to buy it through you. However, it says it is already registered when it is no longer active. Are you able to make this domain “free up”? Or do you know what I can do to make it become available again? The domain is http://www.thebluesbrotherscollective.com. I have made a free wordpress close to this name but wanted to upgrade to remove the “wordpress” part.
