  Hi, so I had the domain biancanguyen.com on this website and deleted it because I was trying to create a website on the WIX website instead with the same name. Even though I am trying to change the website to WIX, I can’t do it since it says WordPress basically has access to the domain. Please help

  This domain is parked.

  Cancelling a domain doesn’t immediately free up a domain. You now no longer own that domain and it may not be released for 10 months if ever. All you needed to do was retain ownership here until you had followed the instructions to transfer it to your new host.

  As mentioned during the domain cancellation, we cannot guarantee when or even if you’ll be able to re-register the domain. That is because the majority of the cancellation process is outside of our control, and this is true for all domain registrars.

  The good news is that your domain is still under the grace period and can still be be recovered by us.

  That bad news is that we can only recover the domain for its owner, but you have deleted your account.

  So, the first step is to reply to the account deletion confirmation email. This is the only way to recover a deleted account.

  Once the account is recovered, please reply here and we’ll get to work on recovering the domain.
