Domain Help

    Hello! I need help locating my domain so that I can transfer it to a wordpress.org account. I did not renew my domain through my wordpress.com site in time so as of now it is not appearing in my domain lists. Since I cannot access it to transfer, and on Bluehost, it says it is unavailable to use, I am unsure as to what to do.

    Hi! Could you confirm what domain you’re referring to? I see one that was registered here but expired several months ago. It’s no longer available because someone else seems to have purchased it, unfortunately.

    If it’s a domain not on this account though, we may be able to help, though you’ll need to log into the affected account, too.
