  I know that my domain is linked to (email visible only to moderators and staff) wordpress login, but it is not showing up as I am currently logged in. You can see below that they are paired together. I need to gain access to maddko.com

  The answer is very simple: you are logged in to the wrong account. As you have a paid plan, it’s very easy to restore access to the account owning that site – perhaps it’s https://wordpress.com/forums/users/madelynkozlowski/ – by using the transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
