Domain help

  I recently changed the name of my blog from (citylovecouture.wordpress.com) to (attheintersectionofloveandyou.wordpress.com) I want to buy the domain name for $18/yr but my Dashboard keeps telling me that I have to buy citylovecouture.com. I don’t want that domain hence, why I changed the entire blog name. I want attheintersectionofloveandyou.com but there is no option to buy the domain and the instructions above didn’t help at all!
