DOMAIN HELP

    Hi there, I recently tried to change over to Squarespace. I am trying to use my domain http://www.katiewighton.com and it’s saying the domain is not correctly pointing to Squarespace. Last time I had this problem I spoke to someone called Rachel. She said the reason it wasn’t working was because it was in some sort of limbo as I hadn’t renewed it with WordPress. She said it would be available in ten days. It’s now been longer than that and I still can’t use it.

    I would really like some help on this please!

    Hi Katie,

    Your domain was registered by someone else when it got out of limbo. This happens sometimes when a company thinks that your domain might be valuable.

    You might be better off thinking up a different domain name to register, or by using another extension (instead of .com) instead.
