Domain Help For Blog – Urgent !!!

  Hi Team at WordPress,

  I would like to bring your attention urgently to this current matter. I’ve been an user of wordpress since 2013 – I had a blog called http://www.spotlightxoxo.wordpress.com and I had purchased the domain ( http://www.spotlightxoxo.com ) on June 2013 along with wordpress premium worth $99 around the same time. This was a recurring payment through my credit card. My domain was renewed twice in 2014 and 2015 but this year, I didn’t receive any domain renewal notice from wordpress. I assumed it must have been done via the selected recurring credit card payment option mode. However, this morning, 11 September 2016, my website went missing. The notice that I read when I entered my BLOG URL is – ‘ Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. ‘

  I would just like to understand what the above means, would appreciate the same.

  Also, how is it that I didn’t get a renewal notice from wordpress to my gmail account? If I did, I would have obviously paid up as this is an active blog which I update pretty regularly. And ecause I have paid up for the domain for the last 3 years and I would have done so this time round as well.

  As I am a regular blogger & I do have an active set of followers, I urgently seek your attention in this matter so that I can quickly take an action to rectify this.

  I would like to pay for this domain & I’d really appreciate some suggestions on what to do next as soon as possible.
