  Identify if the upgrade is Domain Mapping or Site Forwarding or Mapping a Sub-domain or what ever was done – sometimes a person will use domain forwarding in their question when they really mean domain mapping – would make it easier to help the first time

  Add any time information available – it would help in being able to tell a person how patient to be
