  If I import my website from godaddy, do I pay for wordpress AND godaddy? How do I switch this to only word press?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you want to use the domain name that you already own (through GoDaddy), you can either transfer or map it to your website on WordPress.com

  If you transfer your domain to WordPress.com than you can manage your site and domain all in one place, on WordPress.com. Here are the instructions on how to transfer your domain to WordPress.com: https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/

  If you decide to map your domain from GoDaddy to your site on WordPress.com, than you’ll have to pay GoDaddy to renew your domain in the future and WordPress.com if you choose any of the upgraded plans:
