  Hello, I originally purchased my domain with WordPress before switching it over to my new website provider. I am trying to now verify my domain with my new provider and I am unsure who hosts the domain.

  If anyone can please give me insight I would appreciate it.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  I do not see any upgrades under your @barebybella WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that barebybella.ca is registered here on WordPress.com, but it us under a different account and not your @barebybella account.

  You do have the option to transfer the domain to your new provider, which we do recommend in this case. Do you recall how to access your other account? You can initiate the domain transfer once you have correctly logged in to that account not this one.
