Domain host has denied me access for no reason whatsoever – what next?

    Hi,

    We had a website with a domain name we paid for (ssag.de) that used the wordpress layout. We had a login exco_web and cannot access our web page or source files anymore. We have tried contacting the host (procredo) but they have been unresponsive and uncooperative.

    Is it possible that wordpress can recover our content?
    We cannot even login with the wordpress login that we have to manage the page. The webpage management website we had (http://www.ssag.de/wordpress/wp-login.php) is hosted on the original domain.
    Unfortunately, we did not have any backup as we did not expect such a problem.
    Would appreciate any help you can give.
