domain host login

  Hello-

  I registered my domain name, kristinpageyoga.com, through WP. I have gone through wildest domains to try to login in as I am going to transfer to another web hosting site. I can not locate any of this information. Can you please help me?

  Hi Kristin,

  You can access this by going to Store > My Domains in your Dashboard. Here is the direct link:

  Take a look at this guide on transferring out a domain name:

  Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

  Please note that you cannot transfer out a domain within 60 days of purchase. Please note, ICANN (the governing body over domains) places a 60 day lock on all new domain registrations and renewals to prevent fraud. This is a requirement placed on all domain registrars, so there is no way to waive it.

  Also note that if you decide to cancel it, please only cancel it if you no longer ever want to use the domain. Canceling it doesn’t mean that it will be available for purchase right away. It can take days to weeks for it to be released.

  You can still use your domain with another host by updating your nameservers to the hosts’. Then when the 60 day lock is up you can transfer your domain registration out. Or, you can just leave it with us and make sure the domain registration is renewed yearly.

  Hello-
  I used to have my blog/website on wordpress. kristinpageyoga.com
  I recently switched it over to squarespace. I would like to keep my blog connected to wordpress but can not figure out how to do all of this. Can you please help me?

  Hi Kristin,

  If you’d like to keep using your WordPress.com blog at kristinpageyoga.wordpress.com one option is to switch the primary domain on your My Domains page. That way you can still access your Squarespace site at kristinpageyoga.com but you can also access your WordPress.com blog at kristinpageyoga.wordpress.com.

  Does that work for you, or would you like it set up differently?
