    When I originally signed up, I added skyvalleycleaning.com with your company, however your host platform does not have the function I was looking for. The issue is that I would still like to keep my domain name. Can you release it so I can purchase it, or can I purchase it from you and point the nameservers? Please let me know.

    Hi –

    In order to use this domain it needs to be restored to your account.

    Once the domain is 60 days old you’ll be able to transfer it to another provider. In the mean time, you’ll edit the name servers in order to point it to another service. The domain has to stay with us until it is 60 days old as part of an ICANN regulation, so there’s nothing we can do to work around that bit.

    This is also the only way to insure that you maintain ownership of the domain and don’t lose it.
