domain hosting

  Hello,

  I have a WordPress website http://www.weshinemaids.com. I’m wondering if this also covers the domain hosting. I had registered the domain with Host Gator. Do I need to continue domain hosting with them, or is this covered with WP?

  Hi Yael,

  To clear up any further confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.

  We, WordPress.com are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is a stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.

  So if you already registered a domain, you will now need a host for your site, you can either find one yourself or choose WordPress.com and one of our plans:
