Domain Hosting Hong Kong

I have just registered an account with you, before I activate it, I need some advice from you.
I need to have my domain hosted in Hong Kong, but it seems I am unable to do so ? Information on the internet suggests I can switch to HK hosting via the WordPress ‘control panel ‘
As I am not familiar with WordPress, please assist me to understand how I can achieve my objective.

You can use our service, which provides hosting and management, as well as support with paid plans. If you use our service, you would need a business plan to add plugins. However, your hosting would be on servers around the world.
Or, you can buy hosting elsewhere, and set up your own free WordPress installation there. Just note many hosts do not offer WordPress management and support, or they charge extra for it. This is a good option if you want to handle the technical end of things yourself. You’ll still have access to the WordPress.org community here, too: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
