Domain Hosting Question

  Our company has a 25 year old website and I want to build a new one with WordPress. I want WordPress to host it, but don’t want to take the old one down while I build new one. Is there a way to build the new one and when it is finished, THEN transfer the domaine?

  You can start building your new site by using a free .wordpress.com address and when you’re ready you can transfer your domain and make the site public.
