Domain hosting renewal

    mobolas.wordpress.com is still running and my pages available however, I am unable to customise because it does not show on the site. I want to upgrade the site so I can continue to use rhe same site so I chose omobolastephen.online which was the domain I was using best expired on Dec.18. I t said this domain is already mapped to another Wp account. I do no want any other options as this domain name has been exclusive to my brand for a year now. Is it possible to have this domain back so I can start using it to my (email visible only to moderators and staff) and be able to customise my pages add menus and others.

    From what you tell it’s obvious you are logged in to the wrong account. As you had a paid plan, you can use the transaction id to restore access to the account owning that site, https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
