Domain Hosting Return

This is Inam Khan WordPress Theme Developer. My WordPress team requests that one of my clients for whom I created a website on WordPress last year. For which I bought the domain and hosting from the official website of WordPress. But my customer told me he didn’t have time to work on the website. So the problem with my client is that their payment card is auto-charged for domain and hosting. My client doesn’t want to continue with the website so I have to return the domain and hosting. Can the WordPress team help me with this? Do wordpress agree to take back the domain hosting ?Thanks, Regards

It does seem that this domain is under another account. Can you log out and log back in with your other username? You may also be able to log in using the email address that gets renewal reminders.

I’m currently logged in with my customer account. I bought domain hosting from the same account last year which was renewed this year which my clients did not want to renew. But auto charged and service renewed. Please return this service. My client doesn’t need it this year.
