Domain Hosts VS WordPress Support

    Hi,

    I have tried to map a domain I already own elsewhere (boa-digital.co.uk, which is owned by conceptcoders.com) to my WordPress boadigital.wordpress.com.

    WordPress support are saying the Nameservers have not been fully updated, where as the domain hosts are saying they have:

    It looks as though this domain still has some other name servers attached:

    Specifically, ns0.nationalit.co.uk and ns1.nationalit.co.uk are mixed in with the WordPress.com name servers.

    i think you may need to clear the cache on your servers. i’ve just done an nslookup from my server and from google nameservers and it is showing the ns records as follows

    Hello,
    It can take a bit of time for changes like that to sync up. Now, four hours after your post, I checked your domain using the WordPress.com validation tool and it says: Congratulations! The nameservers appear to be set up correctly for boa-digital.co.uk.

    Also, I am able to visit and navigate around your site.
