Domain http not showing up after moving from Blogger

  Three days ago I paid $13 on Paypal to have my domain and blog moved over from Blogger. It said it would show up within 12-24 hours, but it is still not showing up anywhere. My domain is http://www.womenongodsmission.

  For starters womenongodsmission.com seems to have expired and is in Redemption – that needs to be fixed first

  I checked on WOGM and found that it was still “owned”, and WordPress said it was able to switch it over for me. What do you suggest I do? I so appreciate the helpful advice.

  BTW we spent HOURS trying to renew my domain while on Blogger. No one would respond and nothing worked. That is why I am done with Blogger.

  WordPress.COM is not set up for incoming domain name transfers – if you want to transfer to another Registrar it can’t be WordPress.COM – some friends use Name Cheap

  But the Redemption thing will need to be fixed before it can be transferred – at some point it MIGHT revert to the wild for anyone to purchase – sometimes it is purchased by squatters and held for ransom – sometimes the names go to auction – sometimes they just revert to the wild but still no guarantee that someone else might not buy the domain name ahead of you

  Sorry not a clue what to do about Blogger

  Hi Sara,

  It looks like your domain womenongodsmission.com was registered at GoDaddy.com before it expired. Here’s the public information about the domain:

  http://who.is/whois/womenongodsmission.com

  Because the domain is expired and in redemption, you’ll need to contact GoDaddy support to recover the domain before you can do anything else: https://support.godaddy.com/

  Once the domain is renewed, you can use your domain mapping upgrade to point the domain to your WordPress.com site. However, you can’t transfer the domain’s registration to WordPress.com. (WordPress.com can’t accept incoming domain transfers — with domain mapping, you can use a domain registered elsewhere with your site here.)
