Domain I own

    Hello there.

    Please note that I have purchased a domain and wordpress hosting from a website called IONOS (ionos.com), and paid for it. I do not know how to connect my ecommerce website that I have built using WordPress to my domain now. Please assist.

    Hello, @rubiestyle. As you said, your site is not hosted at WordPress.com. This forum can only help with issues related to sites hosted here. You’re self-hosting the site using the WordPress software from WordPress.org. You can learn the difference between WP.com and WP.org here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

    You can get help from IONOS’ help center or get in touch with their support.

    You can also get help in the WP.org forum: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/. But considering that your problem is with the connection of the domain to the site, I advise you to first look at IONOS’s documentation. If you can’t find what you need, contact their support.
