    i purchased asasinglemom.com, however, did make effort to cancel the purchase of wordpress at the time of the domain. Is the domain still available? I have an email indicating I purchased.

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    If you have an email showing the purchase, the email address that the purchase receipt was sent to is the account you need to be logged in with.

    If you have trouble logging into that account, use that receipt and the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the account, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement and purchase receipt as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
