Domain import issue

    We have just purchased the Explorer package but our domain (fhaustralia.org.au) was not completely setup and freezes when we click on ‘Complete domain setup’. Please advise what to do.

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    I see that you successfully connected the domain fhaustralia.org.au to your WordPress.com site on our end. Next, you need to point the domain to your WordPress.com site.

    This has to be done on your domain registrar’s end. Since the domain is registered with GoDaddy, you’ll need to do it on their dashboard. If the automatic setup isn’t working, please click here to get our nameservers that you need to add to your domain on the GoDaddy dashboard.

    You can click here for the instructions from GoDaddy to change your nameservers.

    If you have email services connected to the domain, you may want to add them to your domain’s DNS records (via your WordPress.com dashboard) on our end so that the email service continues to work. Are you using any email services with your domain right now? (You can also sign up for our Professional Email service if you want.)
