  Hello, Is it possible to buy a “.fr” domain from WordPress ?
  If so, who should I contact ?

  Hi,

  No, WordPress.com itself does not sell .fr domains. You can purchase one from another registrar (GoDaddy, for example. A full list: http://www.nic.fr/fr/votre-nom-de-domaine/choisir-mon-bureau-d-enregistrement/annuaire-des-bureaux-d-enregistrement/

  After you have registered the domain, you can purchase the Domain Mapping upgrade to connect it to your WordPress.com site: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
