Domain in grace period

    Emails about the expiration of my domain went into an old email I don’t use as much anymore. Card on account had also been changed by bank so WordPress could not auto renew. I only realized the domain had expired when my primary email which is tied to the domain stopped functioning. WordPress experts I had a chat with said they’ve forwarded my issue to the support team for them to start the redemption process but it’s been almost 48 hours now and I’ve had no response or email to indicate process. They said it’ll cost me $80, I have updated my account with a card that works so that can also be charged. I don’t know why I’m not getting any response.

  • I’m sorry you didn’t get a reply back yet. Staff replies to emails in an oldest to newest order, and they’re doing some training this week. Since you’ve also posted here, I’ve tagged this with modlook to alert them of your issue. Thanks for your patience.
