domain in redemption

  My domain http://www.soexquisitecharleston.com is in redemption. I’m desperately trying to get it renewed. This is my business website and I need help today.

  When you allow your domain expire, it then goes through a process that can take several months to complete described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/.

  If you are in the grace period you will not have to agree to pay a redemption fee set by the domain name registrar that wordpress.COM staff cannot waive.

  Otherwise, if you want Staff to try to recover the domain for you then you will have to agree to pay the redemption fee.

  I’ve tagged this thread in the sidebar with modlook for Staff attention.
  If you’re logged into the account that is associated with your expired domain, they will look up its status and get in touch with details.
  If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into the associated account, and provide the domain URL here.

  I made this account in order to talk to someone from the Support staff because I’m locked out of the other account. I’ve been trying this for weeks. I’ll pay whatever I need to pay to get everything back up.

  I’ve already submitted that form multiple times and no one gets back to me. My account has been locked for months due to the 2 step verification through Google. I don’t have any of the backup codes because I’ve moved and have new computers. That’s why I created this account for someone to actually talk to me.

  This website is my business. I really need this all fixed today.
