Domain in Redemption

  Hello, my account is in redemption (www.shantiyogastl.com) and I received an email asking for confirmation of payment to move forward in getting my site back. I paid the fees and then responded with ‘YES, YOU HAVE MY PERMISSION’ but then I got an email back (2 days later) that says this email was not delivered. Can someone please help me as my site has been down since Sunday? I paid the fees and just want to let whomever know that this has been paid so they can remedy my expired domain asap. Thank you!
