Domain in redemption

  Hello,

  I paid the 80 dollar fee to be able to restore my domain but I do not know if it is actually restored. I had someone from support contact me but haven’t heard from them for a few days now.

  I want to transfer my domain from WordPress.com to Squarespace but when I tried, it said that I needed a code from wordpress. How can I obtain this authorization code?

  Hello again,

  When I try to go to my restored domain, I get a message error:

  

  How can I activate the domain to be able to use the website? From Squaredspace, it has been already transferred.

  While the domain has been transferred, you need to update the domain nameservers (DNS) to point to your Squarespace site as those aren’t changed in a domain transfer.
