domain in redemption

  Our domain is in redemption. However I cannot figure out how to pay for it. I have been in touch with Wild West domains and they can’t verify the account because they have a weird non existent email address for us. When I sign in to my account there is no obvious way to reinstate our account. Can someone please help?
