domain in redemption period

Hi, I got in touch with customer service the other day because my domain has expired and is now in the redemption period. I was told that I would get an email from WordPress about what to do, but it’s been two days and I haven’t heard anything. I see on the WordPress website, ‘In that case, please contact support for help redeeming the domain, and we will send you a link to make the required payment so we can recover the domain.’
So I’ve contacted WordPress — how and when will I get the link? I’m getting so anxious — I just want this worked out ASAP!

I see that we are still waiting to hear back from the registrar. The turn around is usually under a few days at the most, so I am sure we should hear back from them by tomorrow and contact you about the restoration.
