Domain in redemption period URGENT!

    I have a domain with wordpress and it’s expired.
    Now my site and my emails are not fonctional!!! I wasn’t the one dealing with this but the person in charge of our website doesn’t work for ous anymore.

    I’m lost, it says our domain is with wildwest domain but it’s GoDaddy’s phone number. I Checked twice with Go Daddy they confirm me the domain is with WORDPRESS.
    I have a WORDPRESS account but I don’t see the domain in this account….

    In the meantime, please review our support guide to what happens to a domain registered with WordPressdotcom/WildWestDomains expires: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

    It may be necessary to recover your domain and, if so, the domain registrar will impose an US$80 fee for recovery which is an additional fee to the domain registration/renewal itself. Please let Staff know that you agree to that fee if need be.

    I know for the 80$ fee. I just want my site back ASAP. In your link they it don’t say how to recover it…. I’m waiting for someone to contact me so I can have a happy Christmas.

    Hello again, once Staff look in on this thread they will send a payment request if necessary to the email that is associated with the username account that purchased the upgrade so make sure that email address is correct. Please be patient. As you noted it is a holiday.
