domain in Redemption stage, need to recover

    Hi there,

    I used to own a domain, which apparently is in the redemption stage. I know that I would be the first option to re-buy it. How can I do this? tried to contact support but since I have no longer own a paid account this option is not available for me

    I understand you’d like to recover your old domain now that it has entered the redemption stage. You’re absolutely right — as the previous owner, you get the first opportunity to restore it.

    Since viveyourstay.com is already in redemption, you’ll need to follow the steps outlined here:

    Thanks a lot for your reply. I have been trying to contact the support team to assist me in redeeming the domain, but once again, since this is no longer a paid account, there is no option to chat/talk to a human. Could you please point me in the right direction so I can get some assistance?
