Domain Inaccuracy

    Hello,

    I purchased the Domain Renewal for my site destinymaxon.com on November 15th and I now see I no longer have this Domain. I can see the charge cleared my account. Can you please assist me in remedying this as soon as possible?

    Hi there,

    It looks like our first renewal attempt for the domain had failed, causing the upgrade to be removed from your account, but then the renewal did go through afterwards while the upgrade wasn’t restored. That shouldn’t have happened, and I’ve reported this to our developers so they can make sure it doesn’t happen again.

    I’ve restored the domain to your account and it’s working again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
