  I have a podcast on Anchor and I selected to do their blog. It is a WordPress blog. I thought I was assigning that to a domain name I already had http://www.mymorningthought.com, but instead it was published to mymorningthought.wordpress.com. How can I redirect the wordpress to my domain name? Also, when I go to mymorningthought.wordpress.com, it appears to be in edit mode always. Which it appears the wordpress site is going to my domain, but it too is in edit mode.

  Hi there,

  On their end, Anchor offers an integration that is tied to WordPress.com sites, and allows you to share your podcasts directly with sites you host here on WordPress.com.

  However, they are two separate sites, the one you created here and the one you self-host at mymorningthought.com. We do not have a way to connect them on our end. Instead I recommend reaching out to Anchor support to see what they recommend for connecting to self-hosted WordPress sites, which are sites that you create on a “traditional web host” like Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc.

  It may be that you will need to install a plugin on your site in order to make that connection, but this is a guess on my part. If you contact Anchor support though, they should be able to help you get connected.
