domain is always pending

We pay the domain flectere.es on November 16, however this domain it´s not working. We was waiting for the register more than a week (it should be working in 12 hours) and we need a solution right now. Please contact us to refund us the money or we will report this problem to the consumer office.

Hi there,
I see where you purchased the WordPress.com Premium on December 16th, and then registered flectere.es. While .es domains can take up to 3 days to register, it appears this domain is still marked as Registration Pending with our registrar, although it’s been 10 days.
Given that, it appears there must have been some error with our registrar system. I’ve cancelled the domain from your Premium plan. As the cost of the domain registration was included with Premium plan, I’ve not issued a refund.
You can choose to register another domain, or attempt to register flectere.es again if you wish by selecting “Register a New Domain” here:

Thank you very much. We register the same domain again. We hope everything is ok this time.

Thanks for going through that again. The domain registration was added and it’s marked as pending with the registrar once again. I’ve marked a follow-up for myself to check on this domain again on Tuesday, December 30th, to make sure it completes registration.
If it doesn’t, I’ll contact our registrar team and get them to investigate further. I’ll make sure to let you know here as well. :)

Sorry to contact you again but we have another problem. We want to cancel a free trial premium version in flecteredotes1.wordpress.com and we can´t do it. We push cancel but it doesn´t work. We cancel the blog and now it is not operative but we have a pendant receipt on 30th December and we don´t want to pay it.

I’ve removed the Premium Free Trial from flecteredotes1.wordpress.com. You won’t be charged. :)
Checked on flectere.es again, and it’s still marked Pending but that’s to be expected while we’re waiting the 3 days to be up. I’ll be checking again tomorrow and I’ll report back here then.

Just wanted to let you know I checked on flectere.es again this morning and still am finding the registration to be pending. I’m sorry this is taking so long!
After my check yesterday I discussed with a few other Happiness Engineers and we’ve had difficulties registering several other .es domains over the last two weeks. I’ve got flectere.es on the list of domains to be sorted out with our domain registrar team.
For the moment we’ve disabled registrations on .es domains, so please do not attempt to re-register. But we’re doing our best to get this sorted out.

I´m so sorry but we can´t wait more time. We start to pay a premium version on 16 and we are not enjoying all the advantages yet. We buy this plan because of the domain so we want cancel our Premium plan and receive a refund. We want all the money back. Thank you very much.
