Domain is connected and active, when logged in it works, when logged out – n

Hello, got the problem with my worpress.com page which has been connected to my domain dinney.pl. Follwed the instructions and in domain setting everything appears to be fine: status is active, SSL is active etc. Howerver, my page is working only when I am logged in. When I’m logged out – both, dinney.pl and wordpress address (dinneyapp.wordpress.com) not work.
I tried: droping the browser cache, checking in incognito mode, removing connection and creating a new one from scratch.
I bought my domain from external provider and added dns addresses to point on Cloudwatch and in Cloudwatch I run all the records configuration.
Small note: in ‘Settings ->General -> URL address’ I see “http://dinney.pl” (not https) – is this might be relevant? When I’m logged in and run the address, it connects with “https”
Appreciate for help with this.

Ok seems Worpress and Cloudflare had to have some time to start working properly – now everything is fine.
