Domain is dead

    Hi there,

    I recently decided to move to another provider and transfer the domain I got on WordPress. Made all the steps and then closed the account on WordPress, but today the website is showing this message: This domain is parked.

    Can you please assist me with this issue?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    I do not see any upgrades under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
