Domain is down

    Hello, my domain is rxcfunding.com and for some reason I cannot access my site. I paid $349 on Oct 26th for a renewal so I am not sure as to why my domain is still down.
    Please contact me as soon as possible. I cannot receive emails via gmail and my site is down. PLEASE HELP ASAP

    Hey there,

    I checked with our registrar and rxcfunding.com is now in a redemption period. You can still renew your domain through us, but it is now a more expensive and complicated process to do so. Our registrar charges an $80 late renewal fee in addition to the $26 we charge to renew the domain. The good news is that this is still a chance of reclaiming the domain through this option.

    Your other option is to wait until the redemption period is over so that the domain becomes available for registration again. Domains are usually in redemption for approximately 80 days, but with this option, you run
    the risk of someone else jumping in front of you to purchase the domain before you get the chance.

    Please let me know if you want to proceed with paying the late renewal fee in the attempt to reclaim the domain name. This option is also time sensitive because the domain can be auctioned off to an expired domain bidder.

    I would suggest enabling the auto-renew option so that you will not have to worry about losing control over your domain in the future.

    Darnell, I appreciate the response. I will gladly pay the fee to retrieve the domain as soon as possible. I did complete an order Oct 26th for about $349. Could you tell me what that was for? Receipt ID: 14531764

    Also, any chance I could get a refund for the domain mapping. I accidentally bought that thinking it would help the situation and I actually have no idea as to what it is.

    I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore rxcfunding.com to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.

    Also check your spam folder and make sure our emails are not ending up there.

    Thanks for all your help. I appreciate your time, as well as the other engineers that were associated with this ticket. The domain is back up and running and I am now receiving emails through my g suite address.
