Domain is in Redemption, however I made a payment before expiration.

    My domain rxcfunding.com seems to be in Redemption. The expiration is listed as 10/26/16 however I made a payment on that day. The payment information is

    Receipt ID: [redacted by mod]
    Transaction ID: [redacted by mod]

    My gmail email is hooked up to this domain and I cannot receive any emails from clients and am in need of this to be fixed. I do not understand why the domain is in redemption if I made the payment (payment information listed above). Please respond to my personal email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) as my email account linked to this account is not receiving emails.

    Hi there,

    That transaction ID is from 10/26 of 2015, not 2016. Your domain expired on 10/26/2016. You also paid for mapping on 12/9 but the domain isn’t registered so it renders the mapping ineffective.
